Material

Feature

1. This machine uses servo motor to feed. The error of each feeding is not more than 1mm. The feeding speed and length settings need only be programmed on the touch screen, which is convenient and accurate. 2. The whole machine is controlled by PLC system and touch screen, which improves the control accuracy and is easy to operate. 3. The whole machine adopts two-stage heating of the upper oven, which reduces the heating time and speeds up the molding speed. 4. The machine is driven by cylinder for forming and punching, which accelerates the forming speed. 5. The enclosed heating box adopts a temperature module to effectively use thermal energy, save electricity, and control the stability of temperature. 6. The machine is equipped with a material pressing device and a conveying device, which greatly improves the production speed. 7. The machine is equipped with automatic rewinding of waste materials, which increases the recycling of waste materials and simplifies manual operations. 8. The machine is equipped with vacuum plastic molding, which expands the application range of the machine. 9. The production speed of this machine can reach 20 times / minute, which is greatly increased compared with the traditional 5-6 times / minute. 10. The molding specifications can be changed according to the different requirements of customers, and the molding length and width can be adjusted.
